Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions?

You are not alone. Here are the answers to the most common questions from families, caregivers, and educational institutions.

Getting Started

How do I know if NeuroIncluir is the right fit for my child or school?

The best first step is to book a free 15-minute call. We will talk about your child's needs, your family's goals, or your school's challenges — and I will let you know honestly whether I can help and how.

My child has not been diagnosed yet. Can we still work together?

Absolutely. A diagnosis is not required to receive support. If you have concerns about your child's development, communication, behavior, or learning, we can start right away.

Do you work with children outside the 3–5 age range?

My primary focus is children ages 0–5. However, if your child is slightly older and the fit makes sense, feel free to reach out and we can discuss it together.

What happens after the free call?

If we decide to move forward, I will design a personalized plan with clear goals and strategies tailored to your child, your family, or your school. From there, we schedule our first session and get started.

Sessions & Format

Are sessions online or in person?

Both options are available. Online sessions are available for families and schools anywhere in California, Tijuana, and beyond. In-person sessions may be available in the Southern California / Tijuana area depending on location — contact me to confirm.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Session length and frequency depend on your needs and the type of service. Typically, sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes and are held weekly or biweekly. We will define the best schedule together during our initial consultation.

Are sessions available in Spanish?

Yes! All services are fully available in both English and Spanish. You can choose the language that feels most comfortable for you and your family.

Can I attend sessions with my child?

For parent coaching sessions, yes — your participation is essential. For child tutoring sessions, I will guide you on the best way to be involved so that strategies carry over naturally into your home routine.

Pricing & Payment

How much do sessions cost?

Rates vary depending on the type of service, such as individual tutoring, parent coaching, or institutional workshops. Please contact me directly or book a free call to receive current pricing information.

Do you accept health insurance?

At this time, NeuroIncluir operates as a private-pay service and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is made directly by the family or institution. I am happy to provide a receipt or documentation you may use for your own records.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Zelle, Venmo, and bank transfer. Payment details will be shared once we confirm your service plan.

Do you offer packages or sliding scale fees?

I understand that cost can be a barrier for families. Please reach out to discuss your situation — I am committed to making support as accessible as possible.

For Educational Institutions

What types of professional development do you offer for schools?

I offer workshops, classroom observations, environment adaptation plans, and ongoing coaching for teachers and staff. Topics include neurodiversity-affirming practices, inclusion strategies, sensory regulation, and supporting bilingual learners.

Can workshops be offered on-site at our school?

Yes, on-site workshops are available for schools in the Southern California and Tijuana area. Online workshops are available anywhere. Contact me to discuss scheduling and group rates.

Do you work with schools in Tijuana or Mexico?

Yes. I work with bilingual and dual-language programs and early learning centers in Tijuana and surrounding areas. All services are available in Spanish.
