Professional / Lifestyle

From classroom experience to family-centered guidance.

My journey began as a Paraprofessional Educator and later as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I learned to truly see each child beyond their diagnosis.

Over the years, I grew into an ECSE Preschool Teacher in a Special Day Class, supporting children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.

Today, my work includes supporting neurodivergent children in inclusive preschool settings and providing home-based early intervention for infants, toddlers, and their families.

Rooted in the Latino community.

Born and raised in Colombia, my work has always been deeply connected to bilingual and binational families navigating systems, languages, cultures, and advocacy.

Families deserve to be seen, heard, and supported — in their own language and context.

Every child is already whole.

My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and family-centered approach. My role is not to change who a child is, but to understand them, support them, and adapt the environment around them so they can grow, learn, and belong.
